Plots (blocks 813–818) located along Tommilankatu and Jussilankatu in the Karusell area of Makkaramäki are available for reservation. The Karusell residential area offers natural and diverse plots next to the cliffs. The area offers lake views, varied terrain, extensive recreation areas and tranquility for the residents of the area.
There are 11 plots in the area, ranging in size from 1275 m2 - 2012m2 between. It is possible to build a semi-detached house on two of the plots. The area is accessible via Pansiantie, from where the road turns onto Jussilankatu and further onto Tommilankatu.
