Swimming schools organized by the Kankaanpää Sports Department for Kankaanpää residents will be held during weeks 23 and 24.
Swimming schools are intended for children from Kankaanpää born in 2021 and before. Note: there is a separate group for Honkajoki residents in week 23 at 10:30–11:30.
Swimming levels are non-swimmers, intermediate (5–10 meters of swimming) and advanced (in a large pool, at least a technique mark is completed).
Week 23 (June 1–5, 2026)
1. group 8:30–9:15 Kankaanpää (Beginners – low-skilled – advanced (technical and skill-marked students))
2. group 9:30–10:15 Kankaanpää (Beginners – low-skilled – graduates (Bachelor, Master and Primus Master))
3. group 10:30–11:30 Honkajoki (Beginners – Intermediate – Advanced)
Week 24 (June 8–12, 2026)
1. group 8:30–9:30 Kankaanpää (Beginners – little knowledge)
2. group 9:30–10:15 Kankaanpää (Beginners – low-skilled – completers (technique and skill mark))
3. group 9:30–10:15 Kankaanpää (Beginners – low-skilled – graduates (Bachelor, Master and Primus Master))
The price for the week is 25 euros, which includes swimming fees, swimming lessons and swimming badges.
HonkajokiThe price for children is 30 euros, which includes transportation, swimming fee, swimming lessons and swimming badges.

Registration for swimming schools begins on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM and ends on May 27, 2026 at 8:00 PM electronically in the sports services online store:
