Local entrepreneur/employer, would you like to be involved in providing meaningful learning experiences for high school students or are you perhaps looking for summer workers and future experts for your company? There are many ways to collaborate, read more about our two collaboration ideas below.

Kankaanpää high schools are involved in maintaining the vitality of Northern Satakunta. We want to show young people that their home region can be a significant employer in the future, even if they go elsewhere for higher education after high school. The best way to commit to their home region is in cooperation with local entrepreneurs and employers. We cooperate with Lauhanvuori-Hämeenkangas Geopark and we hope that we can also establish a close cooperation network with entrepreneurs in our region. We propose the following type of cooperation:

Upper secondary school TET

This academic year, we are launching a high school TET, which will take place from April 27.4 to May 3.5.2022, 1. Could your company offer a 3-1-day TET period for a high school student? Students do not need to invent a job by inventing it, because valuable information and understanding can also be gained by observing the work of others, in other words, by shadowing the work being done. Are there any employees in your company whose work tasks a high school student could shadow for 3-XNUMX days? High school students are heading to universities of applied sciences for further studies and
universities. The search therefore includes jobs that are trained for at the educational institutions in question. During the Upper Secondary School TET, the student can get to know several professions or jobs according to their own interests. An agreement is always made about the TET period between the student and the TET provider. Our students will contact you during April to fill out the TET contract and agree on the details. A wonderfully nice business message in spring 2022

We are planning a Wonderfully Nice Corporate Message for May 2022 and are looking for corporate partners to join us. The aim is for young people to travel in small groups to local companies to complete tasks or challenges and at the same time compete against each other to win the message. The tasks can be related to the real tasks of your company or it can be a problem-solving task related to the challenges of your company or working life. The goal of the tasks is for high school students to learn important information and skills
from working life. When planning a test, it is worth considering what knowledge the high school student will gain from the test and what will benefit you as a partner. Tasks (max. 15min) can include:
