The entire Satakunta region is in the spread phase – corona measures will remain in force, gathering restrictions will be tightened

The Satakunta Regional Infectious Disease Control Working Group (ATTR) met on 18.2.2021 February 3.2 and concluded that the entire Satakunta region is in the spread phase of the coronavirus. There have been a total of 15.2.2021 infections in the Satakunta region between 204 February and XNUMX February XNUMX, a large proportion of which have been detected in the Rauma shipyard area.

According to the North Satakunta Basic Services Municipal Federation (PoSa), 27.1 COVID infections have been detected in the area between January 19.2.21 and February 41, 19, of which 8 in Karvia, 6 in Kankaanpää, 4 in Honkajoki, 4 in Jämijärvi and 63.1 from other localities. There have been no infections in Siikainen and Pomarku. There have been only a few new infections in the last week. The incidence rate in the PoSa area has decreased and is 100 / 000 / 14 days. Despite the decrease, we are still in the spread phase and the restrictions and recommendations for the spread phase are in place and cannot be relaxed. No virus mutations have been detected in the PoSa area. A total of 161 people have been quarantined in the PoSa area during the above period, some of which have already been quarantined.

In order to prevent the epidemic, ATTR tightened the regional recommendations in some respects, but these changes do not affect the measures in the North Satakunta region, which have already been at a similar level. ATTR's recommendations are now valid until March 21.3.2021, 5.3.2021. The situation in North Satakunta will be reviewed next on Friday, March XNUMX, XNUMX.

This bulletin reviews the current corona measures for the city of Kankaanpää. Other municipalities in the PoSa area provide information about their own detailed measures on their own websites (links at the end of the bulletin).
