Many companies are already doing things that may also be needed in preparing for emergency situations, in domestic production or in securing the functioning of society. It's just that the matter has not necessarily been thought of from this perspective. For example, after the Danish Defence Forces held a competition, soldiers are now wearing Finnish-made merino wool socks.

We hope you will respond to the survey below, which surveys the expertise and interest of companies in the region in expanding their business into new markets.

Companies that respond to the survey will be among the first to receive information about free workshops and opportunities to develop their expertise and identify new business opportunities for preparedness and security of supply needs. The goal is to grow the business of companies in Kankanpää in the security of supply and defense industry.

The Satakunta University of Applied Sciences' Security Network project helps companies identify opportunities to develop their own products and services as part of the defense industry and security of supply supply chains. The project is being implemented together with the city of Kankaanpää and other municipalities in Northern Satakunta.
