The city of Kankaanpää offers the sports center's café facilities for rent for cafeteria operations. The sports center's key sports facilities include a swimming pool, a ball hall and a gym, as well as outdoor fields and cross-country trails starting from the sports center. Thanks to the diverse range of activities, the sports center attracts approximately 200.000 visitors annually, engaging in many different hobbies and sports.
The café is located on the upper level of the sports centre and has a public entrance to the swimming pool on the grandstand side. The other main entrance to the sports centre also leads to the café and this entrance also provides access to the outdoor terrace during the summer. The size of the café's sales area is approximately 11 m2 and the utility room behind it is about 9 m2The café's customer space is the upper lobby next to the sales area, measuring 122 m.2.
The city hopes to find an operator who can keep the café open as comprehensively as possible, adapting to the opening hours of the sports center. We do not require it to be open during the morning and early afternoon hours yet. The important and therefore desirable opening hours are from 15 pm until the evening, and opening hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and during various sports center events and competitions.
The sports center's opening hours are normally as follows: Monday to Friday 7 am–21 pm, Saturdays 10 am–16 pm, and Sundays 11 am–18 pm. The swimming pool's opening hours are almost the same – slightly shorter on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The rent for the premises at the start of the tenancy is €150/month (VAT 0%). The rent is index-linked and is reviewed once a year. The rent includes all essential property costs, including heating, water and sewage, electricity and waste management. The tenant is responsible for keeping the premises clean.

The rental proposal must include a 1-4 page description of the service and a plan for the estimated schedule for launching the operation.
