Emptying mixed waste containers
The emptying of mixed waste containers is the responsibility of a waste transport company selected by the property owner and included in the waste management register, in accordance with the agreement. In Kankaanpää, mixed waste transport is organized by the property owner.
Transactions regarding the pricing, invoicing and emptying of mixed waste are handled by the waste transport company contracted by the resident. City of Kankaanpää does not answer matters concerning contracts between the waste transport company and the customer, such as invoicing.
Basic waste management fee, i.e. eco-fee and the mixed waste container emptying fee are two separate invoices from two different companies. The customer's chosen waste transport company is responsible for handling mixed waste container matters. In matters concerning basic fee invoicing, the contact person is North Satakunta Waste Management Ltd.
