Bio and packaging waste disposal fees
Clearance fees for properties with at least 5 apartments in urban areas
According to the obligations of the Waste Act, bio- and packaging waste must be collected from properties with at least five (5) apartments located in urban areas by waste transport organized by the municipality. In Kankaanpää, the municipality has switched to bio- and packaging waste transport organized by the municipality in spring 2024.
The collected biowaste is delivered to Gasum Oy Honkajoki for processing, and packaging waste is delivered to regional packaging waste reception terminals designated by packaging producer organizations.
