ICT-Center office hotel

ICT Center Kankaanpää is a small but versatile office hotel located, as its name suggests, in the heart of Kankaanpää.

The center enables cost-effective use of space by operators in various fields and the utilization of Finland's top-level telecommunications connections. In addition to the location of local operators and remote workers, the ICT Center also supports the location of new operators in Kankaanpää.

In brief

ICT-Center Kankaanpää has eight office rooms of various sizes for rent.

The premises are intended for companies and employees operating in various fields. The rental price of the premises includes a private office room, electricity, heating, cleaning, use of a multifunction device (printing, copying, scanning, costs according to use) and the right to use common areas. Common areas include a conference room and a kitchen. The premises have a burglar alarm and camera surveillance system.

The facilities can be used daily from 6 am to 22 pm. Overnight stays on the premises are not permitted.

Services

The ICT Center is connected to the Kankaanpää city backbone network with two optical fibers coming from different directions. The connections utilize the high-quality fiber network of the local operator, Pohjois-Satakunnan Seutuverkko Oy.

For example, a 100/100 MB connection is available for office rooms for €25/month. The price includes firewall service.

Connections can be made using VPN technology, for example, and companies can create their own VLANs. The premises have a WLAN access point.

Rooms 3 and 8 can be divided into two independent parts.

Office rooms are rented for a minimum of one month at a time. Room prices start at €150 per month. A rental agreement is made with the tenant.
