Property management and care

The premises services of the technical centre are responsible for the management, maintenance and upkeep of premises owned and rented by the city of Kankaanpää. The premises services rent out the premises to the city's service centres and external users. The main customers, or users of the premises, are the city's various service units, e.g. schools, daycare centres, the library and social, health, cultural and sports services. The aim of the operation is to cost-effectively produce premises that are well-suited and in good condition for the use of the city's service centre and to keep the occupancy rate of the premises high.

The city-owned premises total approximately 70203 m.², of which the city has 47135 m². 23491 m² has been leased to outsiders.
