The service enables, among other things, reporting water meter readings electronically and monitoring the property's previous consumption data for the previous five years. In addition, the service provides information on the water and wastewater charges and the basic charge. It is also possible to send feedback on water billing through this service.

Logging in to the Consumption Web service

The service can be found at: www.kulutus-web.com/kankaanpaa

Logging in to the service is done by entering the consumption point number and water meter number in the fields provided. These numbers can be found on the water meter reading card or in the upper right corner of the water bill.

Entering meter readings

Enter the date and new reading, then press send. Save the reading in full cubic format and compare it to the previous reading. You may receive an error message when saving the meter reading. If the deviation is significantly large, we recommend that you contact our office or provide sufficient information in your feedback about the reason for the deviation.

  1. Write the date from which the information is provided in the box. (ddyyyy, Required field)
  2. Write the water reading in whole cubes without a comma. (Required information)
  3. You can write feedback and ask questions about the service
