The Network to Attraction cooperation project, which is underway in nine municipalities, is awakening the vitality of our region with diverse measures. One part of the project is the production of company-specific workplace videos, which will be implemented by the end of this year. These videos will highlight the diverse job opportunities in North Satakunta and inspire young people in particular to see the potential of our region.

Young people – the future of our region

The commitment of young people to their home municipality is key to ensuring the vitality of the municipality. By developing the pull and retention power to meet the expectations and needs of young people, we can ensure that they see the locality as an attractive place to live and work in the future. Although urbanization continues to be a megatrend, the popularity of moving to the countryside is growing. Therefore, it is of paramount importance to provide young people with comprehensive information about the job opportunities offered by their home municipality, encouraging them to see life in the countryside as a potential option also in the future.

Invitation to companies: Participate in the creation of workplace videos and introduce your company to young people

Is your company ready to gain new visibility and reach future talent? We produce company-specific workplace videos that comprehensively present the business activities of the region and open doors to working life for young people. The videos offer a great opportunity to show concretely what working at your company is like, whether it is TET positions, summer jobs, vocational school or university internships.

Videos give a company the opportunity to showcase its operations and the career opportunities it offers to a wide audience of young people. Videos are an excellent way to show how young people can start building their careers in their own hometown.

The videos will be produced during the fall of 2024. 5-7 companies from each municipality will be selected based on registration.
