Digital support is intended for all residents of Kankaanpää. Digital support is provided in collaboration with the City of Kankaanpää, organizations and projects in the area, and volunteer digital instructors. 

Digital support helps

  • to do business independently and safely
  • understand general principles of digital services 

Digital support in many ways 

  • remote support: for example, phone support, email support and chat support
  • Local support: for example, digital support offered at customer service points and libraries and digital support provided by volunteer peer support workers, i.e. digital guides
  • training: courses and training from educational institutions, colleges and organizations
