Invoices should be submitted primarily as e-invoices. Please note that we do not accept invoices by email.

Billing information

The invoice must show the following information:
• Invoice recipient: City of Kankaanpää/industry
• The customer's order reference in the "Your reference" or "Buyer reference" field (Only the order reference number provided by the buyer is entered in the field)
The order reference must be in the following field in the invoice message (Finvoice 3.0):
Finvoice/InvoiceDetails/BuyerReferenceIdentifier

Supplier portal

If you do not have the option to send an e-invoice from your invoicing system, you can use the free Supplier Portal. To register for the Supplier Portal, you can order a username from the Supplier Portal address: https://www.sarastia.fi/ohjeet-laskuttajalle/

Reference number

Every person making purchases for the City of Kankaanpää has a personal order reference number, which must be written on the invoice in the “your reference” section. The order reference number is in the format: 123-4567 (three numbers, a hyphen, four numbers). The buyer must state the order reference number when placing the order. If necessary, the number can be checked on the city representative’s personal purchase card. One invoice may only contain purchases with one order reference number. An invoice may contain purchases made on several different days, but all purchases must be made by the same customer (same reference number).
