Electronic transactions and forms

This page contains the available electronic services and forms, grouped by service topic. In addition, the Suomi.fi service contains electronic forms from both the municipality of Kankaanpää and various state authorities. The forms can be found at Suomi.fi – City of Kankaanpää.

Most of the forms are in electronic format as fillable PDF files. To read and print the PDF file, you will need the free Adobe Reader program, which you can download from this link: Adobe Reader

You can save the form to your computer, fill it out, and send it as an email attachment. PDF forms can be filled out with Adobe Reader and printed out for signature. You can also print the form and fill it out by hand. You can print, sign the form in paper form, and return it either by mail or by taking it to a branch.
