Developing Hämeenkangas mountain biking trails by creating a connecting trail to the existing Pirkanura Trail
The project aims to improve the accessibility of the Kankaanpää city's sports route and enable a smooth transition from the city center to the Hämeenkangas recreation and multi-use area. The project will build pedestrian crossings to cross the marshland between Kankaanpää and the 5-tie intersection, and will purchase mobile visitor counters to monitor the number of users on the route.
Project duration: 12.9.2023–30.9.2024
Project implementer: City of Kankaanpää
