Fitness and weightlifting gym rules

By following good gym etiquette, everyone can do their part to ensure a comfortable, effective, and safe workout for all visitors.

Please follow the gym's opening and training hours.

• The gym is open with a passcode daily from 6 am to 10 pm, with a passcode access from the A2 front door daily from 6 am to 9:15 pm
• You must leave the hall at 10:00 PM.

Children under 13 years old only on guided tours

• Children under 13 years of age are not allowed to stay in the gym. forbidden for security reasons (TUKES instructions).
• According to the standard, the age limit (13 years) can be deviated from, for example, in school physical education or for other similar pedagogical purposes under the supervision and guidance of a qualified adult.

Behavior

• respect and consider other users
• maintain cleanliness, order and good manners in the gym
• do not cover the equipment with a towel, drink bottle or bag
• during rush hour, exercise on aerobic equipment for a maximum of 20 minutes
• If necessary, give someone else a turn at training during your recovery.
• Do not come to the gym while intoxicated or sick.

Disturbing or loud music playback on loudspeakers is prohibited.

• Use headphones if necessary

Order and cleanliness

• Gym users must wear appropriate clothing, outdoor clothing is stored in the locker rooms, outdoor footwear is stored on the shoe rack in the hallway.
•  appropriate equipment is used indoors (indoor shoes and clean clothes)
• The use of magnesium is permitted in the weightlifting gym, but is prohibited elsewhere.
• Do not bring breakable bottles of drinks or detergent into the changing rooms, laundry rooms or gym. If a drink is spilled on the floor, it must be wiped up.
• Place the weights and equipment you use in the racks provided after use.
• take care of hygiene, use a sweat towel or wipe the device after use
• do not use strong perfumes

The right of access is personal.

• Unauthorized persons (without access rights) in the gym will be charged a fine of 100 euros.
• If a person misuses their personal access token (giving it to another person or letting a stranger in), a fine of 100 euros will be charged for misuse of the access token.

Report broken equipment to staff.

The sports center is not responsible for lost property.

If the operating principles are not followed, the person concerned may be denied partial or complete use of the hall.

The gym user is responsible for compensating for any damage they cause to the gym or its equipment.
