Space for youth

Youth space open:

For 4th–6th graders Mondays 14–16 p.m. and Wednesdays 14–16.30:XNUMX p.m.

For high school and secondary school students Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 14 pm to 20 pm and Wednesdays from 17 pm to 20 pm

 

In the youth room you can play billiards, Playstation, watch TV/DVD, listen to music, read magazines or just relax.

Various theme days are organized every week, including cooking, baking, quizzes, and movie nights.

The space is mainly for those under 18 years of age.

The event is open and free of charge. All young people in the area are welcome. Come and bring a friend!

Rental of premises

The meeting rooms at the youth center are used by many groups. The rental of the meeting room is free for internal city organizations, and 30€/hour for others.

The youth space can also be rented for children's birthday parties, for example.

If you are interested in renting the facilities, please contact the youth center.

The premises are not rented to anyone under the age of 18.

 

Basketball court

At the initiative and with funding from the Kankaanpää City Youth Council (2021-2023), a basketball court was built in the backyard of the youth farm. The basketball court is free for everyone to use.
