In the 2026 budget approved by the Technical Committee and the City Council, an allocation of 160,000 euros has been reserved for the Other Municipal Engineering service package to assist private road departments, which is proposed to be distributed as follows:

• 155 euros for private road maintenance grants
• 5 euros for unit parking grants

The application for 2026 private road maintenance grants is as follows:

• Grants are awarded for a period of January 1 – December 31, 2026.
• The amount of the subsidy per kilometer paid to different road categories is determined based on the available budget, the number of applications, and the total length of the roads to be subsidized in different road categories.
• The maintenance grant application must include information on the amount of euros spent on maintenance in the previous financial year.

Schedule:

• The application period for maintenance and unitization grants is March 9 – April 12, 2026.
• The Technical Committee will decide on the grants at its meeting on April 29, 2026.
