Farmers' stand-in services

The organization of farmers' stand-in services has been transferred to the city of Sastamala.

The city of Sastamala will also act as a local unit for farmers' stand-in services for agricultural entrepreneurs and fur producers in the former Kankaanpää temporary employment area (Jämijärvi, Karvia, Kihniö, Merikarvia, Pomarkku and Siikainen as well as Kankaanpää, Parkano, Pori and Ulvila).

There are approximately 850 farmers in the entire region (50% dairy, 25% beef and 25% other). There are approximately 150 permanent agricultural workers and a few temporary workers. The farmers' stand-in office employs 15 people.

In the future, electronic services will continue to operate as before, and on Lomitusnet you can, among other things, fill out an application for substitute care and leave requests for annual leave dates.
