Employment services
Special opening hours for summer 2026
Kankaanpää branch: guidance services closed in July, services at branches in July by appointment only
From the beginning of 2025, TE services were transferred to the municipalities and the state employment and economic development offices, or TE offices, were abolished. Employment services became part of the basic services of each municipality, in the same way as services related to education or community development, for example. Employment services provide both individual and corporate customers with advice and guidance on job search and employee recruitment, as well as on developing their skills.
We organize employment services together with Harjavalta, Jämijärvi, Karvia, Kokemäki, Merikarvia, Nakkila, Pomarkku, Pori, Siikainen and Ulvila and form the Satakunta employment area. The responsible municipality for the employment area is the City of Pori.
From the Työmarkkinatori You will find information, services and job openings related to working life.
