Reporting daycare times
In Kankaanpää, it is used Edlevo -mobile/web application for reporting child care times and absences.
The menu on the Edlevo App's home page (top right corner) contains a function for reporting care times and a function for the guardian to monitor the accumulated care time for the month.
Guardians must report their children's planned care times and known absences in advance using the mobile application or web interface. For those in preschool, a total daily time is reserved, which includes preschool and early childhood education.
Care times and absences reported by guardians are transmitted to early childhood education units in real time and are essential for the timely planning of staff shifts. Sudden absences or changes in care times are reported directly to their own unit in accordance with agreed practice. Through the application, guardians can monitor their children's booked care times in real time. The customer fee is based on the agreed service need (hourly gap).
Treatment times have time menus by default in the week view. The user can select from the switch at the top of the timeline. Treatment times can be copied from one day to another.
Sudden absence (illness or absence for another reason) can be reported for the next five days during the lockdown period.
If the guardian is unable to report care times via the app or web browser, please contact the daycare director or early childhood education office.
During maintenance outages, generally on the last Wednesday of the month from 20 p.m. to 02 a.m., the service is unavailable.
Reporting times using the mobile app
The mobile versions of Edlevo can be used on Android and iOS devices. The treatment time application can be found in the app store (Google Play / Apple's App Store) by searching for the name Edlevo.
In the Edlevo app, video links have been added to the Caregiver instructions, which can be found under the Main Menu under Help – Services. There is a video link under each Service, and subtitles can be displayed if desired.
Reporting times using a web browser
To use the web version, we recommend using either Chrome or Firefox (latest version).
