Families living in Kankaanpää or moving to the municipality can access early childhood education services electronically using the methods below:

New customers:

Electronic application for early childhood education, preschool, service voucher and payment calculator

The service does not require identification with bank credentials/mobile certificate.
Here you can do
– early childhood education application
– registration for preschool
– service voucher application for private early childhood education
– an estimate of the family’s early childhood education client fee/service voucher deductible
– approve electronic notification of service and payment decisions, in which case the adults in the family will be notified by email and/or mobile phone when the decision is completed

The customer must maintain their contact information through the Edlevo application or notify of changes to contact information by email, [email protected]

Current and past customers:

Electronic services requiring identification

The service requires identification with bank credentials or a mobile certificate and a valid or previous early childhood education customer account, in which case family information will be included in the application from the early childhood education customer information system.

– approve electronic notification of service and payment decisions, in which case the adults in the family will be notified by email and/or mobile phone when the decision is completed
– read and print electronic service and customer payment decisions

Service and customer payment decisions can be found in the Edlevo application.
In the Edlevo menu, at the top right, there is a Decisions module, which opens two folders, payment decisions and service decisions. On the right side of the decision row, there is the date of the decision and a Download icon, which opens a PDF file.

The decision will be available for reading in the application approximately 10 minutes after the notification.
