The Vasuista vähtia event will be celebrated this autumn as well during the theme week from 6.9 September to 10.9.2021 September 10.9. The theme of the week is “A good day for a child in early childhood education”. The week culminates in a local event day on Friday 8.9 September. On Wednesday XNUMX September, the World's Largest Early Childhood Education Parents' Evening was also held for the first time, a nationwide virtual event.
The theme week organized by the Finnish National Board of Education aims to encourage early childhood education providers to engage in continuous and systematic early childhood education work. The aim is also to share locally collected ideas and thoughts for action and to continue developing early childhood education together.

Due to the current situation, traditional parents' evenings cannot be organized in the daycare centers of the city of Kankaanpää either. Instead of parents' evenings, the Daycare Center in Impivaara will organize presentation points during the theme week, which guardians can familiarize themselves with together with their child when applying and entering care. The points allow you to learn about the different content areas of the early childhood education plan, or VASU, and how they are implemented in Impivaara.
