Associations are moving
According to the city's current corona guidelines, the city does not organize events with more than 50 people. It is also recommended that other smaller events are not organized. Therefore, the events of associations will also be postponed to a later date until the situation improves again. We will try to hold the event as soon as possible after the turn of the year so that the update of the association program related to the municipal union can be started. If organizing a live event is not possible even then, the event will be held remotely. The municipality of Honkajoki will merge with the city of Kankaanpää at the beginning of 2021. In this connection, a residents' magazine will be published, for which we are now collecting diverse content. Regarding associations, we are particularly interested in information about possible mergers or other cooperation patterns now that the municipality has merged.
